Pork Chops Boscaiola – Two 6 oz. chops oven roasted, topped with creamy white wine sauce with bell peppers, onion, bacon and asparagus.
Sicilian Style Pork Chops – Two 6 oz. chops, marinated in olive oil, garlic and oregano. Char-grilled to perfection and topped with asparagus.

Pollo Fresco – Two breaded chicken breasts sautéed with garlic, asparagus, artichoke hearts, portabella mushrooms and a zesty lemon white wine sauce.
Chicken Cacciatore – 1/2 chicken slowly roasted in red sauce with bell peppers, onions, garlic and sliced pepperoni.
Pollo Saltimbocca – Two breaded chicken breasts topped with imported ham and mozzarella and smothered with an Alfredo sauce. Served with a side of pasta with red sauce.
1/2 Rotisserie Style Chicken – 1/2 chicken marinated in a garlic olive oil roasted, topped with a demi-glaze and served with side of garlic-mashed potatoes. Also available BBQ style.

Char-broiled Chicken Breast – Boneless, skinless chicken breast char-grilled to perfection and smothered with a fresh tomato, basil and olive oil sauce served over linguini.

Chicken Alla Marsala – Two breaded chicken breasts sautéed with mushrooms and Marsala wine imported from our home town (Marsala, Sicily). Served with a side of pasta with red sauce.
Chicken Alla France – Two breaded chicken breasts sautéed with mushrooms and a splash of white wine with a zesty lemon flavor. Served with a side of pasta with red sauce.
Chicken Piccata – Two breaded chicken breasts sautéed in a clear lemon white wine sauce with capers and Kalamata olives. Served with side of vegetable and choice of potato.
Veal

Veal Alla Marsala – Breaded and sautéed with fresh mushrooms and Marsala wine imported from our home town (Marsala). Served with a side of pasta with red sauce.

Veal Cotolette – Two large pieces of veal thinly sliced and lightly breaded in Mamma's famous breading, pan fried to perfection. Served with a side of pasta with red sauce.
Veal Piccata – Lightly breaded and sautéed in a clear lemon white wine sauce with capers and Kalamata olives. Served with side of vegetable and choice of potato.

Mediterranean Porghy – "Whole fish" char-grilled to perfection with garlic, olive oil and lemon. Served with a side of sautéed spinach and choice of potato. Market Price.
Scallops Florentina – Oven roasted scallops served on a bed of spinach with garlic mashed potatoes and topped with a creamy white sauce.
Salmone Alla Griglia – 8-10 oz. Atlantic salmon char-grilled, topped with an olive oil and oregano sauce and served on a bed of spring greens. Includes choice of potato.
Shrimp Parmiggiana – Breaded shrimp topped with our delicious red sauce and mozzarella then baked to perfection. Served with side of pasta with red sauce.
Mahi Mahi – 8 oz. filet char-grilled to perfection, topped with asparagus, portabella mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and smothered in a light creamy white wine sauce.
Shrimp Dinner – Six large breaded shrimp served on a bed of mixed greens. Served with choice of potato or pasta with red sauce.
Anna's Specialty Fish – Cod fish lightly breaded in Mamma's delicious seasonings. Served with a side of pasta with rosé sauce (pink sauce) with peas.

Tilapia – Oven roasted, served on a bed of sautéed spinach, and topped with our signature Matarocco.
